This event offers a unique opportunity for guests to explore the historical and spiritual significance of the Shroud of Turin through museum-quality replicas, captivating educational materials, and interactive displays. As a host site, you play a vital role in creating a meaningful environment where visitors can learn, reflect, and engage with the story of the Shroud.

Exhibit Overview

The "Who Is the Man of the Shroud?" traveling exhibit offers an immersive experience featuring authentic replicas and educational materials about the Shroud of Turin.

What's Included in the Exhibit

  • Life-Size Shroud Replica: Museum-quality, 15ft × 5ft authenticated replica with an accompanying display.
  • Educational Panels: 29 numbered, self-guided, 4×8 panels for visitor navigation. (See panel content here)
  • Passion Artifacts: Includes spear tip, 2 flagrum (whips), 3 crucifixion nails, the wooden Titulus (inscription plate), and the crown (helmet) of thorns
  • Tomb Replica: 3D-printed first-century replica (36×18×12) of Jesus's borrowed tomb.
  • Video Presentation: "The Shroud of Turin Experience" for visitors to view before entering the exhibit. Host locations can also show the video on a loop. Watch here. | Download Here
  • Informational Materials: 32-page booklet "Who is the Man of the Shroud?" (See booklet here.)
  • Exhibit Volunteer Training Manual: A downloadable guide for volunteers and staff (Download here). This manual equips volunteers to answer basic questions about the Shroud, ensuring they can guide visitors through the exhibit without needing to be experts.

Host Location Requirements

Tables and Display Equipment

  • Bistro Tables for Displaying Passion and Tomb Replicas
  • Either 4 tables (24" diameter × 43" tall)
  • OR 2 tables (32" diameter × 43" tall) with black floor-length tablecloths
  • Optional: Smart TV for looping the Shroud video presentation

Please download the ZIP file containing the full design files for The Shroud and the Savior gospel tract. These files are intended for churches, universities, and host locations to use freely and effectively during the exhibit experience as an evangelism tool. You’ll notice the example includes the Prestonwood logo and text response information on the back panel—this is the only church-specific element that your team will need to update with your own logo and response information. Download here.

To assist you in engaging your community, we are providing an editable News Media Alert for your use.
