Unanswered: Why do we go to Google instead of God’s Word – On Demand Video

While I was in London I had an opportunity to speak at Kensington Temple located in Notting Hill Gate, London. Here is the video of my message

“Why do we go to Google instead of God’s Word”

Follow Me on a Great Day of Media in London

“The Leadership Profile” and “In Good Company” two Premier Christian Radio shows interviewed me today about previous book projects and up and coming ones.

Here is a first-hand look through the eyes of my smart phone.

Recorded two interviews for “The Leadership Profile” with my new friend, Andy Peck. Great guy. Cool show airs Sunday afternoons at 3:30 across the U.K. on Premier Christian Radio #ctsmotbtour — with Andy Peck at Premier Christian Radio.

Most Powerful Image I’ve Seen …

London is calling!
The #Unanswered Tour returns to Central London this weekend in partnership with Premier Christian Broadcasting for Unbelievable? 2017 The Conference (Sat 13th May) with my good friend, Justin Brierley. There is still time to register and I encourage you to join hundreds of other Christian leaders from across the U.K. where you can hear messages from John Lennox, Andy Bannister, Tim Smith, Beth Grove, Jerry Johnston, Ruth Jackson, and myself.  I am also delighted to have the honor of preaching for Rev. Colin Dye at Kensington Temple in the 2:30 p.m. service this Sunday afternoon. Furthermore, I would appreciate your prayers as I participate in several media interviews related not only to our tour events in London, Museum of the Bible, Unanswered, but also my new book: Unimaginable: What Our World Would Be Like Without Christianity.

I want to give you a “sneak-preview” of a point from my messages this weekend in London. I worked with our creative innovation team at Houston Baptist University to create the slide below (scroll down). Truly, one of the most powerful images I have seen in some time. Did you hear about this story out of North London? A group of complete strangers held on to a suicidal man for two hours, until he could be safely pried off a bridge. Is this not a picture of how the church should respond to anyone suffering from any of the associated mental illnesses? If you look closely at the photo, you will observe one individual has arms held tightly across the man’s legs. Another has tied a rope around his body. Still more are doing everything they can to save the man from himself.

As you well know if you have followed CTS for any amount of time, the church must be present and central in treating the rapidly escalating suicidal ideation in our international communities. Here is a piece I wrote for Fox News: Let’s save lives: Here’s a strategy of compassion, concern and intervention to stop suicide.

Please remember us in prayer this weekend! To see highlights from our tour, check out the hashtag #CTSMOTBTOUR.
